The Simpson’s created by Matt Groeing in 1989 is the longest running prime time animation series ever made. The show pokes fun at itself using knowledgeable, witty humour. It puts across many important messages about today’s society. The Simpsons uses humour as a way to let us consider multifarious moral and social issues.
