Gap Analysis: Global Communications
Global Communication is facing major problems with advance technology and increase competition. The company stock has decreased tremendously, which consequently, concern stakeholders and board of directors. The primarily problems with GC is the increase competition in the industry, the lack of services the company provide, and customer demands. The gap analysis will determine where Global Communications current dilemma and where the company wants to be in the global market. The analysis will also point out the ethical dilemmas the executives are facing and the opportunity to have a win situation.
