Operations Management Kudler Fine Foods
Kathy Kudler has decided to contract with local growers to sell organic produce in her market. Ms. Kudler will have to evaluate how to introduce the new organic produce product by using strategic planning, inventory control, and quality control before Kudler Fine Foods delivers the organic products to the customers. Ms. Kudler will also have to conduct some market research to analyze the profitability of offering organic produce since it is a specialized product and may cost more even if the products are obtained from local area growers.
