In This paper I will describe the key concepts and terminology of organizational behavior, organizational, culture, diversity, communication, organizational effectiveness and efficiency, and organizational learning.
Organizational behavior is the application of knowledge about how people, individuals, and groups act in organizations. It does this by taking a system approach.
