The challenges of expanding a company into the global market can be minimized through implementation of vital and essential company practices. The absence of any one component, or combination thereof, can lead to catastrophic downfalls and pursuit of unattainable goals. As a competitive telecommunications product and service provider, Global Communications is not exempt to the difficulties of corporate expansion. The foundation preceding any corporate activity is communication among stakeholders; lack thereof can produce radical changes in employee development and organizational inefficiencies. Barriers that obstruct effective communication between stratified levels of company operation, must be removed in order to achieve the most overall comprehensive outcome, including maintaining a positive employee relationship; especially during global expansion endeavors in which there is an increased chance of domestic downsizing. Organizational behavior is directly affected by the employees’ understanding of Global Communications vision, corporate structure, keys for effective communication, corporate compliance, and motivational strategy. The following proposal will recognize Global Communications desire to accomplish successful global expansion, and illustrate the opportunities that must be seized if Global Communications is to overcome its critical and problematic issues; through which the development of effective internal communication, strategies for employee retention solutions, gaining Union support while strengthening the legal department, remaining competitive in industry sector, and maintaining company credibility under harsh circumstance, will ensure that...
